My name is Brad Mukai. My family's start in pest control began in 1970 with my dad and uncle, Tomo and Zen Mukai buying Tomic Insecticide Company, a manufacturer and distributor of pest control products. I worked at Tomic every summer through high school and college. From the beginning I was always encouraged to learn, become knowledgable and be an expert in this field so that I could take over the family business. After over 13 years of studying, apprenticing and managing Tomic, learning every day, I decided it was time for Tomic to provide pest control service by starting TIC Pest Management Service (TIC), which quickly found a niche in servicing food-processing and meat companies. Soon TIC was at the forefront of the "HACCP movement" and focused its expertise on servicing HACCP and audited facilities.
Since Tomic was a distributor and TIC focused on commercial service, a relationship began with the family owning Aloha Termite & Pest Control (Aloha). For years, all of our customers in need of termite service or on the westside were referred to Aloha. When the family owning Aloha decided it was time to sell the company, it was us who they immediately approached. We took over Aloha in 2005 and shortly after merged Aloha and TIC into a new name: Aloha Commercial Pest Services.
Here we are now. My wife, Stephanie and I now run Tomic Insecticide and Aloha Commercial Pest Services with our knowledgable and dedicated staff. We intend to uphold our family's tradition of quality service using only quality products. We strive for professionalism to show in our staff and knowledge and thoroughness to show in our service. We look forward to building a relationship with each and every customer. Our goal has been accomplished when the need for pest control service arises in the future and you call us again and refer us to others.
